PPR Pipe Extrusion Line Description
20-160mm PPR pipe extrusion line can produce PP-R /PP-B/PE-RT/PB/PE-X pipes. PPR pipe extrusion machine consists of control system, extruder, die head, vacuum calibration unit, haul-of, cutting units, printer and stacker /pipe coiler. The die head adopts spiral structure that suit for the static mix system.
Special vacuum calibration unit and spraving cooling tank: two section vacuum calibration unit, perfect water temperature, water level and fow rate control to guarantee the pipe products with high quality. The PLC with a big true-color screen panel controls the PPR pipe extrusion production line with high automation. Improved desian of the barrier screw helps process various original material and products. The high quality temperature controlling system guarantees stable production in diferent rotary speed.
