PE PP wood plastic profile extrusion line is mainly used for the extrusion of multi-hole threading tubes (four holes, six holes, seven holes, nine holes, etc.) such as PVC door and window profiles, door panels, wall panel, window panels, ceiling panel, etc. For different sectional surfaceand molds, different specifcations oftwin parallel (conical)screws extruder can bechosen together with corresponding vacuum calibrating table, haul-off unit, cuttingunit, tilter, etc.
Wood Plastic Profile Extrusion Machine Process Flow
1. Prepare ingredients and mix.
2. Put the uniformly mixed materials into the hopper of the extruder through the automatic screw feeder.
3. After the material put into the hopper of the extruder is melted and plasticized by the extruder, it is squeezed into the vacuum shaping device through the die head.
4. The material extruded through the extruder die is sent to the vacuum shaping device, cooled and shaped by circulating cooling water.
5. The cooled special-shaped wood-plastic panels are pulled out by the tractor and sent to the cutting machine.
