PVC WPC Ceiling Panel Extrusion Production Line Description
PVC WPC ceiling panel extrusion production line is equipped with conical twin-screw extruder, mold, vacuum forming table, tractor, cutting machine, stacking rack, product surface treatment equipment have laminating machine, heat transfer machine, printing machine as optional according to customer’s product type.
The ceiling panel extrusion line is designed to fabricate PVC WPC ceiling panels with widths typically ranging from 250mm to 300mm, offering a variety of section shapes and heights. The surface of these ceiling panels can be finished through a double-pass hot stamping printing process or lamination, allowing for the creation of elegant marble or wooden designs on the product’s exterior.
The ceiling panel production line is equipped with a conical double-screw extruder, is tailored for door manufacturing. Its raw material composition primarily consists of wood powder, PVC powder, CaCO3 powder, and other additives.
