The PVC double pipe production line has an efficient plasticizing host system. The parallel counter-rotating twin-screw extruder equipped enhances the plasticizing capacity of the screw, is suitable for low-calcium formulas, and the double exhaust structure barrel enhances the water decomposition ability to ensure the quality of the pipe.

The double-capacity die head design doubles the capacity of the entire line. Taking the double-outlet die head as an example, the synchronous operation speed of both sides can reach 2 times that of the single side.

The high-speed cutting system adopts planetary sawing, and the floating chamfering technology enables cutting and chamfering to be completed in one step, with a smooth incision, uniform chamfering, fast cutting speed and high precision.
