WPC Wood Plastic Profile Extrusion Line
PVC PE PP WPC wood plastic profile extrusion line is used to manufacture wood-plastic composite materials, mainly including two categories: plates and profiles. Plates are often used for flooring, wall decoration, outdoor landscape, etc., while profiles include columns, beams, railings, etc., which are mostly used for building structures and decoration. The extrusion process can produce products of different shapes and sizes, such as solid or hollow plates, and profiles with specific cross-sections.
In the production process of the wood plastic profile extrusion line, a twin-screw extruder is usually used to mix plastic raw materials (such as recycled PVC, PP, PE powder) and plant fibers (such as straw, wood powder, rice husks), which are mixed in a certain proportion and processed by mold molding.

Wood-plastic profiles not only have the appearance of wood and the characteristics of secondary processing, but also have the characteristics of low moisture absorption, corrosion resistance and pest resistance, simple maintenance, and are excellent substitutes for outdoor wood, plastic or metal materials. In addition, wood-plastic composites do not need to be regularly painted or treated with anti-corrosion like traditional wood, which reduces maintenance costs and prolongs service life.
Since the wood plastic profile production line does not require the use of adhesives or other harmful chemicals during the manufacturing process, wood-plastic profiles are safer for the human body and the environment.
