This design boasts features such as venting capabilities, ensuring uniform plasticization, an oblique three-roll calendar design, and an L-type calendar design. To maintain product toughness, the roller temperature can be precisely adjusted through a mold temperature controller.
PET sheet extrusion line also exhibits high transparency and incorporates a pre-coated silicone oil device, guaranteeing the smooth release of the sheet during secondary processing. For accurate thickness measurements, a dial gauge is utilized, while the winding process is automated with tension control.
The PET sheet extrusion line is designed specifically for PET sheets, featuring an integrated degassing system that eliminates the need for separate drying and crystallizing units.
