Its core process is to extrude the mixed raw materials through high-temperature melting. The main equipment of the The polyamide thermal breaks production line includes: twin-screw extruder, mold system, cooling water tank, haul-off unit, and automatic cutting machine.
When the polyamide thermal breaks production line is running, the pre-dried nylon glass fiber particles are plasticized by the extruder and formed into a “C” or “I” type composite structure blank through a multi-cavity precision mold, and then enter the gradient cooling water tank to eliminate internal stress and solidify. The traction system maintains a stable line speed (usually 15-30m/min) through servo control, and the end is equipped with a flying saw or laser cutting to achieve precise slitting. The key control points include melt temperature (240-280℃), vacuum shaping negative pressure (0.06-0.1MPa) and cooling water temperature difference (segmented control within ±2℃) to ensure the product’s mechanical strength (≥24MPa) and dimensional accuracy (±0.1mm).
